I originally sketched this drawing 2 years ago and never got around to finishing it until now.
The girl is Chizuko Mikamo, nicknamed Chiko, from "Nijū Mensō no Musume" (which is translated as Daughter of 20 Faces, or Heiress of 20 Faces depending on the English translation). She is an orphan who is rescued from her diabolical aunt by 20 Faces, a notable thief. After joining his band, she becomes a daring young thief herself.
I used to have a story to go along with this drawing, but I forgot it. All I remember is that Kaitou Kid somehow time-travels back to Chiko's time in the 1950s and joins up with the band to steal a jewel that allows him to rejoin the 21st century.
... Yeah. It didn't make much sense to me either. OTL
In regards to Daughter of 20 Faces, I thought that it was well animated and had great music. But the storyline was really screwy; I felt like the writers wanted to go in 10 different directions.
References: Chiko's pose . I just flipped the image around.
This looks great! The movement of the piece is so phenomenal and exciting! The poses are just incredible and powerful! You do an awesome job with digital coloring as well. It's so hard to color with a mouse. I really just love the way you highlighted the black robe! That is just awesome! Perfect background choice as well!
I wish I could tell you what I was thinking... but I really don't even remember. Anyway, I actually think the story idea (that goes with this picture) is a really good idea. on an off note
